IS THIS A SECURE WEBSITE?
Yes our website is secure and your privacy is very important to us. The information collected is: Name/Shipping/Billing Address/Email Address/Phone Number and Credit Card information. This information is used to fill your order and for us to contact you if there are any questions or emails with special offers. We use web secure PayPal for processing credit card payment. We accept all majoy credit cards and PayPal Express payments. We do not accept personal cheques, money orders or credit cards by phone. Cash pick up is available, please arrange store pickup when you order. We will contact you by phone or email when we have your order ready.


I am having a large function and need to order a large quantity can you do this?
If you are needing a large amount of liners or wrappers for an event, please email or phone us and we will be happy to work something out with you.


You show that you are out of stock will you be getting more in?
Re-stocking will be done as soon as possible, if you would like to be notified - send us an email.


I forgot to add something to my order that is already completed can you add it to my order?
Before completing your order please make sure you have all the items that you want. We cannot access your payment details through PayPal. A new order will have to be placed.


Do you provide bulk/wholesale?
SweetArt Supplies is a retail based online store, and many of our designer and specialty items do not come in bulk form. However some items may qualify for bulk orders if you are a business or holding a large event such as a wedding. Please contact us to work out the details. We are not at liberty to give out our supplier information.


I am not happy with my order what can I do?
We have taken every measure to make sure that what you see online is what you will see when you open your package. If for some reason you are unhappy with your items, please contact us within the first within 7 days for authorization to return or exchange your products. We cannot accept returns on any items that have been used and the complete order must be returned, shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is your responsibility.


When will I receive my package?
Once your order is processed it will be packaged and shipped. Insurance and Tracking are included with all Canadian Orders, please double check to make sure the information you have entered for your order is correct. You will be able to track it on the Canada Post website. If an item is returned because of your error it will not be re-shipped and we will refund your purchase not including shipping charges. Lost packages need to be reported and confirmed with Canada Post before any refund is made possible, please contact us if this happens. We are unable to re-ship your order due to theft or loss.


What can I expect when I use the liners?
Our liners are made in Sweden and are greaseproof so most batters will not stick to it. If you use fruit in your batter, just peel the liner away carefully and your cake/muffin should stay together. There are many different things to factor in when baking; the type of batter, humidity, how you cool them and store them, etc. We cannot guarantee the performance of the baking cups, although we have tested them and they usually work fine. Test your liners before your big event to make sure everything works out fine. Paper cups will naturally open up if the mix doesn't help hold their shape, if your mix is more liquidy or very chocolaty it can make a difference too. If you use a dark mix some of the lighter/whiter cupcake liners will lose their colour. One way to keep the beautiful patterns for a special occasion is to bake in a plain white liner (we carry them too) and then slip them in the lighter designer liners.
